This tool provides an estimate based on standard industry rates in Auckland for 2024. Simply measure your room (length x width) to get the area in square metres (m²).

Understanding the Costs
Our Standard Rate ($60/m²) covers the majority of residential jobs. This includes three coats of solvent-based polyurethane.
Water-Based finishes are slightly more expensive due to the higher cost of the product itself, but they offer faster drying times and low odour.
Rubio Monocoat is a premium oil finish that provides a stunning natural matte look.
